A federal court in Hammond, Indiana, unsealed an indictment on Tuesday, charging Guan Tianfeng, a citizen of the People’s Republic of China (PRC), for his role in a 2020 conspiracy to hack firewall devices worldwide, the Office of Public Affairs of the US Department of Justice said in a press release.
