Indian scientists have developed a novel method to generate truly unpredictable random numbers, crucial for strengthening encryption in quantum communications. The research, led by the Quantum Information and Computing (QuIC) lab at Raman Research Institute (RRI) in Bengaluru, could have wide applications beyond cybersecurity.
